There are a lot of bad Estate Agents in Sheffield, but I found Staves to be different. From the get-go, I was in constant contact with Jack. He is highly personable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and always eager to provide a good service and a pleasant experience. As a buyer, and not their primary client, I was still treated like a valued customer (and, I dare say, a friend in need). The same can be said for Ben, who gladly picked up Jack's workload in his absence with the same friendly approach.

My solicitors found it standard practice to pretend I didn't exist, and the bank seemed to purposefully try and sabotage the sale. It felt like the Staves team were the only ones who listened and actively offered practical solutions. Jack and Ben are a credit to the company and if you're looking for a painless move, I'd hands down recommend Staves as the go-to Agent in Sheffield.

We would like to thank staves for their help in selling our home recently. Especially Ben who handled our file. We were impressed from the start as staves were quick to come round the house and view, explain all their processes/paperwork to us, and get us booked in for photos and live on the market very quickly. We had sold within weeks! 

We found that they had a large client base, and got us many viewings for our house and we’re very good at organising these to reduce disruptions to us, and at times that suited us. Staves even showed people round on our behalf on the times we couldn’t do due to work commitments etc. 

Ben handled our sale and was very easily contactable, reliable, and great with his communication giving us all the information we needed when we needed it. 

We were well updated through to the sale process and we also found that staves gave us fantastic advice and support when we had to relist our house, they also did this very quickly to prevent us loosing our house we were purchasing. We had both said without their help, we probably would’ve not relisted our house. 

Any issues we had we found that once we had contacted Ben or one of his team we have this resolved very quickly. Any queries we had were answered fast too and any time we were told Ben or the team at Staves would call back they always did even putting up with us when we were very stressed and had lots of questions. 

Even down to a last minute hiccup, staves quickly spoke with the solicitor team and sorted this out to ensure we could still move on our set day - we can’t thank Ben and the team enough they’ve been fantastic. 

We highly recommend staves and would use them again should we move and will certainly recommend them to family and friends
