PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED SERVICE

  • In addition to the let only service we will:
  • Collect the rent and pay it over to you by by BACS, less our fees
  • Obtain meter readings and pass on to the relevant utility companies
  • Arrange for the bond to be held with the DPS
  • Moniter rent payments and alert you if tenants fall behind
  • Carry out quarterly inspections on the property and advise you of any repairs
  • Settle invoices from rent received
  • Carry out a final inspection report on move out
  • Agree any dilapidations with tenants before releasing the deposit
  • Arrange any necessary cleaning and repairs, using the tenants bond
