We offer both a let only and a managed service. Your decision depends on whether you wish to remain in charge of rent collection and property inspections, or leave the management of the let entirely to us.

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED SERVICE

  • In addition to the let only service we will:
  • Collect the rent and pay it over to you on the same day by bank transfer
  • Obtain meter readings and pass on to the relevant utility companies
  • Provide you with an inventory and statement of condition
  • Arrange for the bond to be held with the DPS
  • Carry out quarterly inspections on the property and advise you of any repairs
  • Deal with any maintenance issues and settle invoices from rent received
  • Carry out a final inspection report on move out
  • Liaise with the tenant prior to the end of their tenancy to minimise void periods
  • Agree any dilapidations before releasing the deposit
  • Arrange any necessary cleaning and repairs, using the tenants bond
